About me

I'm a Physicist-turned-Computer Scientist, originally from Israel, and I speak and think right to left.

My work

I am a Principal Software Engineer in the MediaWiki Services Group.

In the past, I worked in the Architecture team, led Community Tech and Anti Harassment tools, and worked for the Collaboration team in the Wikimedia Foundation.

I do a lot of work supporting right-to-left languages and thinking about RTL interfaces.

I started working with the VisualEditor team as part of a Google Summer of Code 2013 project. After the summer's end, I joined the team to continue working on internationalization, media and images and RTL support.
