About Me
My name is Oluwaseyi Olukoya. Seyi for short or as I am fondly called "Princess". I am Nigerian by birth but I like to think of myself as a citizen of the world … It’s a pretty cool world. I hold a Master's in International Business from France and a BSc in Economics from the UK. I have worked extensively in business development and brand communication with a number of leading multinationals. My passion is helping to build and establish start-ups specifically in the not-for-profit sector, hoping to become a prolific social entrepreneur. I enjoy jewelry making, traveling, reading and writing. I am currently working on an animation script - and anxious to learn coding!
Work at WMF
I am a WMF Finance Fellow and I work in multicultural team of 4. Our task involves liaising with the affiliated organizations and community across the world in order to data mine their financial reports in order to ensure the data is comparable, consistent and accessible across the movement.
I work for or provide services to the Wikimedia Foundation, and this is the account I try to use for edits or statements I make in that role. However, the Foundation does not vet all my activity, and edits, statements, or other contributions made by this account may not reflect the views of the Foundation.
