Overview

Introduction

Database Architecture and Admin (DBA & A) group effective 09/12/2011 for the Engineering services Organization.The DBA & A team will be working closely in partnership with the Engineering Support (EngSup) team for the underlying HW infrastructure and both of these groups will orchestrate to provide seamless services across Engineering services.

Vision

To cater to user requests and also work on projects from Data base administration and architecture stand point

Mission

• Provide 18 x 5 support for all of the Oracle databases.
• Standardize database platform and architectural design for oracle.
• Proactive monitoring for database infrastructure
• Provide guideline on data model
