Robertforsythe
Robertforsythe is Robert Forsythe working from Prudhoe, Northumberland. He is easily visible on the internet and is the author of eight books, very many periodical features and the curator of several exhibitions including Auden's Pennine Landscapes. His interests encompass theology, the geography of Northern Britain, shipping and water transport, model railways, transport publicity and sexuality. Material covering these themes is accessible through his website. Between March and June 2012 he was contracted to be Wikipedian in Residence at Tyne & Wear Archives & Museums. The best summary of his web presence is http://about.me/forsytherobert . Contributions as Wikimedian in Residence will be made using the account TWAMWIR.
This link gives more information about the residency [1].
Robert with his wife Fiona curates The Forsythe Collection. The collections are huge and include materials in three public repositories. A summary outline of the collections is here.
Of the material now in public ownership the largest element is The Forsythe Collection in the National Railway Museum at York's Search Engine Archive. The central theme of their collecting is the ephemera of travel and transport. A thought that is especially driven by the recognised concept of "grey literature" (printed materials with no bibliographical trace).
