Uldis Karlovs-Karlovskis (16 September 1986) is a Latvian IT coach, and international public speaker on software development, specialising in model-driven DevOps, and agile software development methodologies.
Biography
editKarlovs-Karlovskis was born and grew up in Lauciene, Latvia, where he went to Laucene Elementary School for his middle school education. He achieved 1st higher degree at Riga Technical College in 2009, and his bachelor's and master's degrees at Riga Technical University in 2015. He lives near in Purvciems, in the suburb of Riga.
Karlovs-Karlovskis started working with software in the early 2000s. Out of college in 2005 he started working in software development for Nexum Insurance Technologies until 2007. In 2007 he joined C.T.Co, and in 2012 Accenture, a systems integration and consulting company where he was leading a team of 150 engineers. In 2022 he joined EIS Ltd., and in 2024, he became a CTO and co-founder of Zen IS, a software development and consulting company.
