there will be a big discussion to define the scope. the most talked-about topic would be if old chinese (according to your definition, works before ~500 BCE) will be included; other discussions will go around modern mixure of mandarin and old chinese; also ancient mixures such as 元杂剧 and so on. after you finish the discussion, entries that you want will be exported from zh.wikisource, and entries that you don't want will remain in zh.wikisource. 'dustbin' is a proper word to describe this situation. if you insist that zh.wikisource will not be a dustbin, you should finish the scope of inclusion, and make zh.wikisource agree with your scope, before you start your wiki.
