Cross-project vandal, mostly Romanian-centric, who poses as a legitimate user but effectively defaces the content by using invented words and concepts. Banned indefinitely on the Romanian Wikipedia, he keeps resurfacing on less well-maintained sister projects (Wiktionary, Wikibooks, Wikiquote, etc). --Gutza (talk) 06:15, 16 October 2015 (UTC)
