Cross-wiki monitoring team

Guten Tag. I'd like to help with the Small Wiki Monitoring Team. But I don't have IRC. I would just check some "recent changes" pages sometimes, I guess. I'm a administrator on Simple English Wikiquote.

Can you give me some ideas how to help? Maybe I'll ask to be a (temporary?) administrator on some small projects. Can you suggest which ones? Is there a list of small projects?

Are there any other ways to monitor for vandalism other than IRC and ordinary Recent Changes logs? It would be useful to have a Recent Changes log that shows changes on many small wikis in the same list. --Coppertwig 21:44, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

Auf der Twi-Wikipedia gibt es 38 Schnelllöschkandidaten. Da dies kaum unter der Gesamtanzahl der Artikel liegt, wäre es nett, wenn die Schnelllöschkandidaten weg sind, damit ich mir ein besseres Bild der WP machen kann. Da du zufälligerweise dort Sysop bist, trifft sich das sehr gut ;).

Please Help Danka

Hi, I been having a problem with one user on wiki who has several admin accounts and other user names. His admin account is gogo dodo and users names are blotto adrift, snowfire51 - now redrockey - mast cell, malcommxl5 and several more. I am here on wiki because I like the idea and I like to correct mistakes. However gogo dodo is here to keep his own political edits current and whne there is a mistake and someone edits it he cries and calls that person a sock. It is a shame that an admin can abuse wiki like this. This has been going on for over 4 months now. The best example is the canadian gun registry page where he deleted the edits and reverted them back to his blotto adrifts edits even when blotto was warn by another user as to the rr3 policy and when the page has been tagged for review.

This is not all, gogo dodo uses his power to hide his rr3 violations, wikiwars and user talk by deleting the history so it appears that he is innocent and the other user is guilty. Please help in this matter. If you read his history, and the history of the other users and the pages that he edits you will see that MANY and I mean Many users have had this same problem with him.

Übernahme von bereits existierenden Benutzerkonten

Hallo Hexer, es geht um diesen Fall hier. Der IP-Benutzer (unterschrieben als ru:Участник:Butko) hat mich gestern gebeten, Benutzerkonto Korisnik:Butko zu löschen damit er sich unter diesem Namen anmelden kann. Benutzer:Butko hatte zwar keine Edits ist aber erst seit dem 31. Januar 2008 angemeldet. Ich habe dem IP-Benutzer erklärt dass er ohne Benutzerkonto auf der bs.wiki keinen Antrag auf Übernahme stellen kann. Jetzt mußte ich feststellen dass du die Übernahme bereits vollzogen hast. Der Benutzer Batko wurde nicht informiert über diesen Schritt und konnte sich auch nicht dazu äußern. Sein Benutzerkonto wurde ebenfalls nicht umbennat bzw. verschoben. Benutzerkonten ohne eine Bearbeitung können einfach zu dem bisherigen SUL-Vorgang ergänzt werden. Sich dafür im anderen Wiki anzumelden und dann den anderen Benutzer umbenennen lassen, klingt zwar gut, wenn man allerdings dann seinen Alternativaccount zum richtigen umbenennen lassen will, erscheint der Fehler, dass es unter diesem Namen schon einen Account mit SUL gibt. Die bisher getätigten Edits unter dem Alternativaccount könnten in dieser Version des SUL nicht zum SUL-Account ergänzt werden. Eine direkte Übernahme von 0-Edit-Accounts ist momentan eine der wenigen Möglichkeiten, überhaupt Accounts regulär zu übernehmen. Grüße, —DerHexer (Talk) 11:55, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

I'm visiting you from West Frisian wiktionary, where (as best I can tell?) we have no appointed bureaucrats, no appointed checkuser group members, (also no developers or oversighters, though that isn't uncommon), and one sysop/Behearder, yourself, with it looks like, just two contributions, maybe edits to your userpage, and a couple recent spambot blocks (thanks for that!)? (Again, this is all "best I can tell.")

This has apparently been the state of affairs for about a year now. (Again, to the best of my knowledge.) Common entries looking like this have resulted, which aside from the rather, uh, unconventional approach, also have 13 NOEDITSECTION tags embedded--making them a little bit harder to fix. (Almost all section labels are created with templates aliasing the section name and embedding NOEDITSECTION.)

Assuming there's no reason not to, how would we go about electing a second sysop?

Pages tagged for deletion are not getting deleted. The user interface isn't getting tweaked. Requested translations in protected areas can't be made. And apparently nobody can change the broken links in the side navigation page. (I've kludged it by creating pages at the spurious links, and installing redirects, but that seems suboptimal.)

If it's not too inconvenient, could I get you to reply on my talk page at the relevant project, here?

Another request for proxy block

Spacebirdy pointed me in your direction regarding problems with an abusive user and his sockpuppets at Slovene Wikipedia (see Steward requests/Checkuser#Heroj_Patrik3@slwiki). Basically the user registered as sl:User:Patricij and after a short while, he became insulting rather than just loud. After he was blocked, he opened several sockpuppet accounts with variants of "Patricij" (all quickly blocked), and then a seemingly completely different account (sl:User:Janez Maček) with which he started to contribute more civilly. He was offended when confronted with the fact that he edited from the same IP and convinced us to remove the sockpuppet note from his user page (we gave him the benefit of doubt). But at the end, he got into a dispute with another user over a controversial religious topic and revealed his true nature again. That account was therefore also blocked, and so today he created more abusive accounts and threatened that we'll never get rid of him. This is why I'm asking you to take care of his proxies listed at the steward requests page. He seems to be using only those three. Contact me if you need further explanation. I messed something up

I got an email from Suntag about his inability to edit en.WS. We don't have any local block exemptions. It took me digging around in en.WP to even figure out what he was talking about. So I wanted to ublock the IP locally as it had no local contributions. Well I got confused on which tab I was in and unblocked it locally on en.WP instead of en.WS. I tried to reblock it on en.WP but it said it was already blocked. Can you look at this and make sure it is all good? I am over my head at this point.--BirgitteSB 15:20, 14 September 2008 (UTC)

Link FA template in mk.wikipedia

Please if you have a time look at this template and find out why doesn't function properly, i.e. in the feautered articles, for example the last one FA - Gymnastic has {{Link FA|bs}}, but there is no star near bs.wikipedia language in the left language pane. Hallo Hexi, schon wieder ich. Hoffentlich hab ich dort jetzt nichts losgetreten. Die Anfrage ist zwar nicht unbedingt nötig, hilft aber den Überblick zu bewahren. Hallo Hexer, wie lange dauert es hier gewöhnlich, bis bot requests bearbeitet werden? Meine Anfrage ist nun schon zwei Wochen alt. Ich will den obersorbischen Kollegen in ihrer kleinen wiki unter die Arme greifen, ohne die letzten Änderungen mit Bot-Edits vollzumüllen. Hello;

I am One last pharaoh of the English wikipedia. My IP have been blocked within the scoop of a wider IP range block because of an open proxy or some thing like that, by you. The reason i am contacting you, is that i think that you have set a very far expiration date. Here is a copy of what i have written asking for help; i think you will find out my point. I think that i have been caught in a wide range blocking. I am only one of seven neighbors sharing one server. I have been a Wikipedian for over a year now, have been blocked once for 3RR -for fear of violating it, not because i actually did- and that's all. I have been working on my first article, Fahd armored personnel carrier which have been promoted to B-class status relatively fast, was mentioned in the did you know section in wikipedia's home page, and i was working on some stuff on it with a goal of promoting it to featured article status. I have also been editing other military vehicles articles, where some of these articles contained only one source, no sources and so on, and my edits really boosted their levels. I have been part of the editors discussion group that set the modern MBTs template. I have been one of the first four supporters for the Masry (Modern Egyptian) Wikipedia "arz.wikipedia", and have had some edits on it, but i then switched my interest back to the older, and more organized English Wikipedia. My point is that i am not a vandal, and that i have been innocently caught in an open proxy blocking. I need your advice about what to do, and if there is nothing i can do, then please shorten the blocking period; I am a collge student, so i need to edit wikipedia while i am free. Thanx in advance.

Anfrage bezüglich CentralNotice

Hallo, ich habe schon an mehreren Stellen versucht auf mein Problem aufmerksam zu machen, aber keiner Interessiert sich: Talk:Wikimania 2009/CentralNotice#hide empty div from CentralNotice. Da du hier admin bist und auch Kenntnisse von JavaScript hast, wende ich mich direkt an dich.
Das Problem ist, das nach dem ausblenden der CentralNotice im IE7 ein grauer Balken anstelle der CentralNotice zu sehen ist. Dieser wird durch das leere div am Ende erzeugt, so vermute ich. Wenn man dieses ausblenden könnte, wäre das sehr gut. Vielleicht kannst du dies nachvollziehen und beheben? Wenn man direkt auf die Spezialseite geht, sieht man es auch. Ich hatte und habe leider keine Ahnung diesbezüglich; hätte also nicht helfen können. Mit dem IE7 kenn ich mich leider genausowenig aus und wüsste auch keine Möglichkeit, mit JavaScript das zu lösen (was beim IE dann wohl so oder so Probleme bereiten würde). Entschuldige bitte, dass ich die Absage vorher nicht so direkt ausgesprochen habe. Leider war es mir auch nicht möglich, weiter zu recherchieren, um vielleicht eine Lösung zu finden; momentan bin ich in der Prüfungsphase in meiner Uni und habe dementsprechend noch weniger Zeit als zum Stellen der Frage, als ich die Vorbereitungen (Übersetzungen) für die Prüfungen schreiben musste. For that script, can you have it add a spinner before it sends the request, and then replace it with a Done when the request comes back successful (and a Not done if it returns an error)? Ich wurde auch auf diese Disk aufmerksam gemacht....

Die Commons sind dafür da um Medien (in der Regel "Bilder") zu sammeln, diese der Allgemeinheit zur Verfügung stellen oder Nachwelt zu erhalten. Das Interesse bei einem historischen Bauwerk, das als Baudenkmal geschützt ist - ist dabei recht hoch (wie das Gesellschaftshaus Concordia). Man darf die Commons nicht als Werbeflyer verwechseln, sondern eher mit einem Archiv vergleichen. Ich habe zum damaligen Zeitpunkt im April 2009 (jeder andere hätte das auch können) ein paar Schnappschüsse rund um das Gebäude gemacht, um möglichst viel der historischen Substanz als Bild festzuhalten. Interessant ist natürlich auch die hölzerne Türe – die leider ihre beste Zeit hinter sich gelassen hat. Mit ein wenig Phantasie kann aber der Betrachter die Zeit zurück drehen und sich vorstellen wie Türe und der Zugang zum Keller einst ausgesehen hat.

Für Löschanträge gibt es auf den Commons ganz klare Richtlinien (Löschrichtlinien) nach welcher Begründung gelöscht werden darf. Unter diesen Gründen fallen: Fehlende Urheberrechtsinformationen, Duplikate oder Redundanz/ (sehr) schlechte Qualität. Im Zusammenhand mit den Urheberrechtsinformationen fallen auch mögliche Verletzungen von persönlichen Rechten, also fremde Menschen darf man nicht ohne Erlaubnis Fotografien – dies trifft ebenfalls bei der Kellertüre nicht zu. Weiter ist das Fotografien (in Deutschland) erlaubt was unter Panoramafreiheit fällt, also vom öffentlichen Raum ohne besondere Hilfsmittel (z.B. Hebebühne) einsichtbar ist. Dies trifft bei der Kellertüre zu, sie war von der Fußgängerzone ohne weiteres für jedermann sichtbar (Link zu Google Maps). Ein Löschgrund wie "gefällt mir nicht" ist kein gültiger Grund. Man kann hier und da immer etwas bemängeln… die Fahrzeuge stehen nicht richtig zum Bordstein ausgerichtet, Von der Fassade blättert ein wenig Farbe ab, der Papierkorb ist etwas zu voll, die Person im Hintergrund ist nicht geschminkt, der Himmel ist nicht so blau wie ich es wünsche und etc. Leider ist es manchmal so, dass Bilder nur eben die Realität abbilden. Nicht mehr…

Wer nicht möchte, dass so etwas veröffentlich wird – muss sich gelegentlich vorher Gedanken machen, welchen Eindruck in der Öffentlichkeit das Erscheinungsbild seines Objektes macht.

Vielleicht sollte man aber froh sein, dass dieser Zugang mit der hölzernen Türe und den Kran über der Treppe überhaupt noch existiert… wie oft wird in heutiger Zeit historisches entsorgt oder es durch eine Katastrophe verloren geht (vgl. Troubles on the Indonesian Wikipedia

It seems that there is a small revolution going on on the Indonesian language Wikipedia. There is now a poll to impeach a sysop who actually has indicated that he would resign because he no longer has access to the Internet. He has already contacted me and other sysops by e-mail regarding his resignation. My specific question is, as a steward, are you able to removed his sysop rights before the actuall poll begins? Hier hast Du vergessen

Nun "Nonsens" sind zu grossen Teil die Wikipediaartikel (Erklaerung: Es gibt globale Weltbilder und wenn ich die Deutschen Wikipediaartikel lese stelle ich immer wieder fest, dass die Wikipediaartikel oft nicht mit allgemeinen globalen Weltbildern uebereinstimmen. Kurz die Wikipediaartikel sind weit fern von den von mir gedachten Weltbildern -nicht gemeint sind die Vorurteile-) entfernt. Interessant die grundgesetzliche Schreibfreiheit wurde in allen Sprachausgaben der Wikipedia bei dieser IP von Dir/Sie gesperrt. Nun ja, ist ja wie die Zensusbibliothek (Enzyklopedie) des Vatikans. Wie heisst es in der Allgemeinen Erklaerung der Menschenrechte der Generalversammlung der Vereinten Nationen 12. Dezember 1948 "Alle Menschen sind frei" und genau so in der amerikanischen Verfasssung (Verfassungsartikel) "Alle Menschen sind frei". Schau mal auf die Englische Seite en.wikipedia.org Suchwort "List of newspapers in germany". So sieht in Deutschland (auch in der Wikipedia deutsch?) die Pressefreiheit und Meinungsfreiheit aus. Bei deutschen Zeitungen und Zeitschriften darf man nur noch elektronische Leserbriefe (Kommentare, Leserbriefe) veroeffentlichen, wenn man sich vorher registriert (IP Personalausweis Biometrische Merkmale) hat, sich einen festen Usernamen zugelegt hat, und nur auch noch so schreibt, wie es in bestimmten Grenzen der oeffentlichen Meinungsfreiheit (innerhalb der staatlichen elektronischen Zensur oder Schere im Kopf) schriftlich oeffentlich aeussert. Ich finde es schon sehr bemerkenswert, wie das beschuetzentwerte Pflaenzchen der Meinungsfreiheit, Pressefreiheit, Bildungsfreiheit (Kindergarten Schule Berufsausbildung Universitaeten), Denk-und Schreibfreiheit freiwillig und ohne grosse Proteste in der Europaeischen Union und in Deutschland immer weiter in den Jahren 2008 2009 2010 eingeht und verkuemmert. Nun fehlt ja nur noch die Geheime Deutsche Staatspolizei - GESTAPO - und die damit verbundenen Historischen Tatsachen. Freiheit ist nicht der Obrigkeitsstaatliche Befehl, sondern die Meinungsfreiheit und Diskussionsfreiheit. Dies ist aber nicht mit einer diskussionslosen Adminstatorenkultur vereinbar, die nur anonym obrigkeitsstaatliche (europaeische) Befehle ausfuehrt. Wie waere es denn wenn die Millionen Benutzer der Wikipedia mal die Administratoren (Freie geheime Wahlen) waehlen?

Hit limit

Hi, I was merging my move-archived user talk page histories into one big one, and when I went to delete the new big one to merge one more in...I couldn't do it..gave me this notice:

• "This page has a large edit history of over 5,000 revisions. Deletion of such pages has been restricted to stewards to prevent accidental disruption of Wikipedia. Please contact one for assistance."

Dear steward, I am a Wikipedia contributor in the Portuguese language and am requesting your intervention in the project. There exists among us a tremendous amount of intrigue, harassment, personal threats, inadequate block, clash of egos and power abuses. I can not stand such injustice, so many users with destructive behavior, so much political intrigue and partiality in administrators. The new users are intimidated and abandon the project, edit wars proliferate and the bad users trying to silence their opponents with lock requests without foundation. Users with bad behavior are protected by administrators and users who try to expose corruption are blocked. The rule is trying to impose views and threaten to block those who disagree with arbitrariness. I am tired. This project is broken, please dismisses administrators and cancel their arbitrary actions, otherwise the credibility of Wikipedia is extinguished. Thank you.

Bitte entzieh mir meinen Adminstatus auf wp-de. Seit einigen Tagen läuft eine üble Kampagne gegen mich, die vor Heuchelei und Mobbing nur so strotzt - unterstützt durch den reichlichen Einsatz von IP-Sockenpuppen. Das hat mir gesundheitlich derart stark zugesetzt, dass ich schlicht nicht die Kraft aufbringe, mich einem gehässigen Wiederwahlzirkus zu stellen. Probleme mit verschiedenen Wikipedia Benutzern: (Deutsche Wikipedia)

Hiermit reiche ich Beschwerde gegen folgende Benutzer die ihren Account missbrauchen ein: Eike beschimpft mich zuerst als "den üblichen Troll" und veranlasste eine Sperre für meinen Account. Benutzer:He3nry sperrte darauf meinen Account. Benutzer:XenonX3 beschimft mich als "Jaja, lieber Suchhilfe-Troll" nachdem ich eine Beschwerde gegen die ersten beiden Benutzer auf der Valdalismusmeldung gemacht habe, und löschte meine Beiträge die ich danach als IP getätigt habe. Benutzer:Hozro löscht meine Beiträge damit ich mich nicht wehren kann.

Ich habe diesen Account Benutzer:Fragesteller1 auf Anraten von Benutzer:Seewolf angelegt da es zeitweise Probleme mit Edits als IP gibt (Missbrauchsfilter). Ich versichere dass ich mit den unwahren Behauptungen die die obigen Benutzer gegen mich machen nichts zu tun habe bis jetzt als IP nur sinvolle beiträge getätigt habe und bitte um rasche Aufhebung der Sperre und geiegnete Massnahmen gehen die obigen Benutzer. Danke!

Ausserdem wurde meine bitte um Hilfe bei dem Benutzer:Seewolf wurde von Benutzer:Hozro gelöscht und auf der Ombudsmann-Diskussionsseiteseite [[17]] meine Beschwerden verfälscht beziehungsweise gelöscht.

Bitte um Rat denn es darf ja nicht sein mit unwahren Behauptungen ganz einfach so auf andere Benutzer einzutreten. Die oben genannten Benutzer löschen außerdem meine Beiträge damit ich mich nicht wehren kann. Danke!

Dear Administrator and/or Steward,

My username is Capsot, and I think everyone here knows me... I apologize for using a new account but you all seem impervious to my case and I beg you to judge my case soon (because I cannot work on any projects and mainly on the Occitan Wiktionary) and determine truly what I am guilty of, initiate an investigation and determine if I am really guilty or if, in my opinion, some administrators acted too rashly and abused their administrative rights in ways that could be seen as totalitarian. It all seems as if there was some kind of scheme in which the only goal is to keep me from editing and voicing my opinions or concerns aloud; and I hope you will act consequently with justice and equity. It is not good for me and it may damage your credibility on the long run.

I wish I could have used other ways to reply but well in spite of the following message that seems to leave a last chance to speak your mind: "Blocked users can edit their own user talk page, unless specifically disallowed from doing so"; it seems that Magistral Mathematicae, who seem to believe I am Catalan, resorted to the more violent option, leaving me no other way to express my opinion than to create new accounts endlessly (I have serious concerns about freedom of speech here and it seems that I am not the only one, I have seen some other reverts... I hope you will prove me/us it exists)

I am really troubled by what happens here because even though I can take the blame of all of my actions if you can prove my infringements, I do not understand the current situation that blocks all my edits in each and every one of the Wikipedia projects. I stand here to be judged, some day I hope, by a Committee of Administrators or any Boards that make decisions here because I do not think this process has been done until this moment, and that my account has been blocked for many days now mainly, in my opinion, on false grounds.

• It seems that the main accusation that led to the block of all my accounts is: sockpuppet accounts [[18]].

However if I am not wrong (I have read what the Wikipedias say, but I guess you are experts and know much more than I do what the thing means) the general principle of sockpuppetry is to desguise or hide the true identity of the user (mainly in order to deceive or vandalize), and I have never done such a thing.

Either my accounts (Capsot's ghost and Brave Capsot's Heart had the name Capsot clearly visible on them (that is why I was blocked again so easily, had I used malice you would not have found me so easily...) or in the case of Wikiporros (in the Catalan Viquipèdia) or Wikipuerros (in the Spanish Wikipedia) I clearly said they were "vegetablegängers" accounts of User Capsot, but probably the allusion to "doppelgänger accounts" was too misleading to be understood...

I think, but I can be wrong, that there is no real problem in having multiple accounts as long as you state who they belong to and I did, especially in the "doppelgänger" ones but then it would be another accusation, not sockpuppetry: I admit it I am guilty of creating multiple accounts after I was blocked

So what can be the other charges I am responsible for? Please tell me, I am eager to know so I can defend myself and respond to the accusation(s)/prosecution(s), an option nobody had given to, nor seem willing to be giving, me until now. I would also greatly appreciate that you stated publicly and clearly in some page of your Arbitration Committee, if there are any, what are the other charges against me so I can respond to my prosecutors. Let it be known which users have left complaints so I can try to provide answers.

• I am also afraid that most, if not all (at first until Samuel Klein's message), of the messages I have sent were erased without even checking what they contained, and many users (Austin Hair and Samuel Klein) restored what you had erased. Samuel Klein also emitted a concern, not understanding clearly why I am blocked for (he thinks I am just blocked in Meta, I do not think he know you have blocked me on a general level).

I am confident that many of you act decently and honestly so I have faith that a proper attention and unbiased justice will be applied to my case. Thank you in advance. Sincerely,

We steward decided to use green or red flags for ourselves to make decisions more easy so that everybody can see which votes will be counted, also for that steward who decides. That's imho a valid reason to use these flags and each steward should do that too. I have not changed your comment but added a recommended flag before it like adding a * which is missing and where I would not have let you know about it either. köntest du mir erklären, wie man einen Artikel nach einer anderen Wiki exportieren kann? Ich brauche es oft (kawiki → kawiktionary), aber leider kann nicht. Ich bin ein Administrator in kawiki und kawiktionary, so ich darf ja es machen? Hier (Import des Artikels) ist geschrieben, dass es unmöglich ist... Vielleicht gibt es ein technisches Problem, oder?

Hiding names

I was wondering - when a Steward locks an account and hides a name because of personal information, who can see that hidden name? This concerns me, because Stewards are assumed to be the most trusted and therefore are supposed to be trusted with this information. I know of one non-Steward who can see them. I would think that since he was not elected to be a Steward that this would be a concern, no? Perhaps since Meta displays cross-wiki stuff then only a cross-wiki voted user who is trusted by the WMF communities as a whole should be allowed to see the material. That would effective remove any reason to have local OS here and instead be reason why Stewards should have constant OS here while they serve as Stewards. Ottava Rima (talk)

Hello DerHexer. I noticed you have StewardScript commented out in User:DerHexer/monobook.js and User:DerHexer/vector.js. I just rewrote StewardScript, so it's now compatible with the recent MediaWiki changes and has all the previous features (except instant checkuser, due to changes in MediaWiki's security). Steward confirmation

This has a serious error.

"Magister Mathematicae yes 5/0/0 Concerns over local conduct on eswiki (nothing however related to steward work)."

I and many others expressed concerns that were global, not connected to eswiki. Drini had a long history of immaturity and combativeness across multiple wikis, IRC, etc. There were also expressed concerns that there were misused tools on multiple Wikis, intimidation and threat to misuse tools, etc. The summary really does no justice to the statements and does not represent the vast majority of people who were opposed to Drini. Why bother having a confirmation if people's honest statements are ignored? There was a clear consensus to remove. These kind of actions make the WMF look like it obviously has no care for appropriate governance. Ottava Rima (talk) 00:32, 6 March 2012 (UTC)

While I personally disagree with the decision about drini, stewards never had to approve the decision made by the ElectCom. If I'd been in the ElectCom I would have argued and voted against this confirmation, but would have had just one voice. Furthermore, I know that drini explained himself on our steward wiki what finally convinced the ElectCom. Unfortunally, this explanation was quite long and I haven't had enough time to read it entirely. So for now, I (have and want to) accept the decision made by the ElectCom. Why is Drini able to give a private, one sided statement that convinces a small group of people but is immune to the needs of the community as a whole? Isn't that a problem with the process? Stewards should be the best - best attitude, best ability, etc. If any of them have any flaws, that shows poorly on the rest. The people are supposed to be there to point out the flaws but there is no more accountability. If Drini wanted to defend himself why did he not make it public? DerHexer is one of the most respected of the Stewards. His opinion on proper behavior for other stewards cannot be matched, especially not by an individual which the community has shown no confidence in and has made it clear that he will publicly abuse his power while privately making whatever arrangements to keep it. Hi. :) I actually like your wording change here, but I've changed it back to what Sue said. This isn't a draft document, but a record of the recommendation that Sue actually already has delivered to the Board. She asked that we put it here so that people could see what she recommended.
