translation quality
editi didn't kill it, sandygeorgia shut it down before i got there. you will not improve translation quality by mass inspection and increasing the scrap rate. rather you must improve the system. that would mean working with WMF to improve cxt tool, and recruiting and training a quality circle to patrol, triage, and improve all translated articles. it's a bigger problem than any one editor can create or solve. this community has shown a preference for scapegoating rather than collaborative improvement. gate-keeping and blocking editors may make you feel good, but it won't increase translation quality. - Slowking4 I don't know what you are talking about. The page is there. Nobody works it anymore. Mass inspection doesn't scale, it's true but that is no reason not to do it, especially on the articles getting independently flagged as needing help. It gives me no pleasure to discuss you, but less bullshit is a good thing, you know. Elinruby (talk) 17:51, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
