HELP SOUGHT / use of wikipedia logo in screendumps

Yesterdaynight, at the moment of passing through the 100.000 line at NL wikipedia, I made a screendump of the recent changes. One of my fellow wikipedians noted that the wikipedia logo was present on this screendump and this should not be allowed, because the logo is copyrighted. Indeed, I found here on Meta this page: Wikipedia logo in each language

My question is, can´t we even use a screendump of Wikipedia under GFDL or Creative Commons with the logo on our own Wikipedia, for our own use, or on help-pages etc? Beste Elly, Nu ik lees dat je actief bent bij de OCTf kom ik met een verzoek. Belle van Zuylen afbeeldingen gemaakt tijdens haar leven zijn te zien õp de website van de BPUN (Bibliotheque publique et Universitaire de Neuchatel) met copyright echter. Het copyright is m.i. verlopen omdat ze in de 18e eeuw gemaakt zijn. (heb ze wel toegevoegd aan wiki Belle van Zuylen) Ten tweede volgens het boek/catalogus waarin de afbeeldingen voorkomen: de catalogus van de expositie bij de BPUN in 1979: 'Constance Thompson Pasquali: Madame de Charrière à Colombier. Iconographie. Neuchâtel, Bibliothèque de La Ville, 1979.' behoren de afbeeldingen tot de BPU van Geneve. Hoe dit toe te voegen tot Wikipedia? Boss-well63 (talk) 17:16, 28 August 2018 (UTC)

Beste Bos-well63, ik kan zo niet vinden waar je op doelt, kan je een link geven? En wat is precies je probleem, afbeeldingen waarvan gezien de leeftijd 100% zeker is dat de auteur meer dan 70 jaar geleden is overleden kan je uploaden op Commons en daarna toevoegen aan een artikel op Wikipedia. Loop je daar ergens in vast? Soms claimen organisaties copyright op een foto, maar dat kan volgens de juristen op Commons niet als het een foto is van een plat werk (schilderij bijvoorbeeld). Beste Boss-well, ik kan niet zien wie die afbeelding bij BPUN heeft gemaakt. Als dat een tijdgenoot is, kan deze probleemloos naar Commons worden geupload. Haal dan wel met een tekenprogramma de lijst eraf, want mogelijk is die nieuwer en auteursrechtelijk beschermd. Ook kan van een lijst betoogd worden dat het drie-dimensionaal is en dat de fotograaf het auteursrecht heeft. Succes! Ellywa (talk) 23:10, 29 August 2018 (UTC)

Ach, kijk, nogmaals blijkt dat je gelijk hebt: de beschuldigde komt zo gefrustreerd en wanhopig over, dat hij niemand een kans wil geven. Het is tijd dat zijn proces eens ten gronde wordt gevoerd, als de man niet wil aanvaarden dat wikipedia een openbaar project is, zal hij hier ongelukkig worden. Ik reserveer alvast een stoel op de eerste rij; dat heb ik wel verdiend...na al die jaren wachten. Tenzij ik een contactverbod krijg om met u van gedachten te wisselen. Als anderen echt kinderachtig, zielig, hypocriet doen over onze conversatie, mag ja altijd die link op NL weghalen, dat is aan u de keuze. Laat je niet zomaar doen. Dag Elly, ik heb alles op de voet gevolgd, net zoals anderen moet ik vaststellen dat Paul Brussel eieren voor zijn geld kiest. Blijkbaar op een niet transparante manier, heeft hij zijn betoog mogen doen, en opnieuw heeft hij geprobeert anderen rond zijn vinger te draaien. De bijhorende strategische transformatie tot Onderkast is van een bedenkelijk niveau, dat eerder in een carnavalsstoet thuis hoort. Enkel in de adult-entertainment industrie wisselt men ook geregeld van "artiestennaam" omwille van strategische redenen. Zou hij daar zijn inspiratie hebben opgedaan? Nu, ik ben zeer blij dat jij je nek hebt uitgestoken, om wikipedia leefbaar te houden voor iedereen.
