Hi! The template transclusion in your signature can confuse scripts and bots. In the case of the Wishlist Survey, the bot couldn't parse a username from the wikitext, and it didn't count your vote. I have manually substituted all your signatures in the Survey, so that's fixed now :) However for this reason and other reasons listed at w:Wikipedia:Signatures#Transclusion of templates (or other pages), I recommend removing the template transclusion. I think under the new system you wouldn't be able to save your signature like this anyway, but yours wasn't effected because it was like that before the new requirements were implemented.
