deleting a tool

Hello. I hope you are doing well.
I am not sure if you have the authority to delete a tool on toolforge (https://toolsadmin.wikimedia.org/), but if you have it, would kindly delete my two tools namely kiranbot2 and kiranbot3? There were some experiments on it, and now I would like to start fresh. If you do not have the authorisation to delete a tool, then who should I contact? (Kindly ping me when replying.)
