Recent Rapid Fund proposal comments

Hello VectorVoyager. I'm Chris, a program officer support funding for the CEE Region. I acknowledge your position that the activities in this proposal should be done voluntarily rather than for compensation, and I appreciate this feedback. In the context of funding discussions, however, it's not acceptable to informally declare selfish intentions of the applicants in this pejorative way, particularly when you have offered no evidence to support these accusations. If you have concerns that the amount of funding being requested is too high or is unreasonable, it is enough to state that concern on its own. However, it is disruptive to make more personalized remarks presuming specific intentions. Please revise or redact your personal remarks about the applicants on the proposal talk page.
