Hiya! I see that you made a Norwegian bokmål translation for the new subreferencing banner. This text is completely incomprehensible in a technical sense. I would suggest to avoid translating to languages that you're not proficient in. EdoAug (talk) 14:23, 26 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Ah, yes, sorry. I won't again. Wheatley2 (talk) 16:40, 26 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
You might want to reconsider your (?machine) translations of texts elsewhere on the MediaWiki sites. For instance, what you have added to your userpage on fiwiki makes absolutely no sense by the third sentence. Finnish, Bokmål, and Icelandic are actually languages in their own right with their own vocabulary and grammar. They are not subsets of English where words can be replaced one by one with some entry from a dictionary. - Yupik (talk) 00:57, 30 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
It's just really that I never planned on really being active on fiwiki, but since it was the 2nd wiki I ever was on, I wanted to kind of have a ceremonial userpage there Wheatley2 (talk) 02:19, 30 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
