This is a proposal for a new Wikimedia sister project.

Plan is to create a social platform fully based on transparency of Wiki governing principles and living by contribution of their members. It would be a win-win situation: One one side all the wiki content (wikepedia and beyond) would provide a great baseline to begin upon (no platform w/o content), on the other side content could be created much more convenient. And a great community based on principles of open source/GPL/information freedom could be established as an alternative to existing commercial platforms like FB, G+ etc.
