Wikidata Trainings For Turkic Wikimedians 2022/News/7 June
Dear friends,
I’m happy to announce that the scholarship applications for the Istanbul Wikidata Conference/Training Days are now open. If you represent the Turkic community and are an active contributor to Wikimedia projects in Turkic languages or if you represent one of the regional communities/languages from South Caucasus+Iran, you can apply for a scholarship. Applications from outside Turkey are open until 30 June 2022, 23:59 UTC, and applications from Turkey until 31 July 2022, 23:59 UTC.
Applicants will be able to apply for a full scholarship. A full scholarship will cover the cost of an individual's round-trip travel, shared accommodation, and meals during the conference as arranged by the Wikimedia Turkic UG.
The conference will be held from 21 to 23 October 2022 in Istanbul, Turkey.
