Presentation and Q&A
- Description
A session on sharing good (and bad) governance practices from Wikimedia Ukraine’s experience that might be useful to know for small affiliates. We want to share lessons learned, ideas and tools that can be used in an organisation where a lot of work is done by volunteers, so the decision-making and executing those decisions is shared by formal bodies (like the Board) and informal bodies (organising committees, individuals).
- Desired Outcome
Shared experience and ideas
- Next Steps and Milestones
If people are interested, we can continue the conversation and use the materials for improving Board Member Support
