Bonjour @DerekvG:. J'ai une liste de 60 courses cyclistes comprenant les courses cyclistes belges de l'UCI World Tour 2016 et les courses belges et du Nord-Pas-de-Calais (France) de l'UCI Europe Tour 2016 et quelques grosses courses nationales à étapes comme le Tour de la province de Namur et le Tour de la province de Liège. À cette liste, je vais rajouter quelques courses féminines comme de mémoire une course à Dottignies car le traitement du cyclisme féminin n'est pas assez illustré sur Wikipédia. Sur cette liste, l'objectif est de faire 50 courses (je ne travaille pas sous la pluie, le résultat est trop mauvais ; deux courses tombent parfois le même jour ; je suis susceptible de rester à domicile si de gros développements ont lieu sur Wikidata), mais comme certaines sont à étapes, ça représente 65 jours de course, le jour de course étant mon unité d'œuvre. Je prévois de faire en moyenne 350 photos par jour de course, plus quelques vidéos. Il s'agit d'une moyenne, le nombre peut varier. Quand je suis accrédité, j'arrive généralement à photographier plus de 80 % des coureurs présents.

Pour la gestion du projet d'illustration du cyclisme, et comme je le disais à Kacie, je me débrouille indépendamment de tout chapitre Wikimedia, c'est vraiment important pour moi car je compte à l'avenir créer un Wikimedia thematic organization autour du cyclisme. La seule aide qui m'intéresserait concernerait Wikidata. Nous pourrions avoir besoin de locuteurs de certaines langues pour traduire des éléments, des documentations et des intitulés que nous utilisons dans le programme Cycling race. Celui-ci se développe très bien ces dernières semaines et peut déjà servir dans quinze langues, on peut très bien imaginer qu'un appel soit lancé dans quelques mois (quand le développement sera optimal) pour obtenir des traductions dans plein de langues différentes. De cette manière, les Wikipédias utilisant ce programme bénéficieront d'une aide considérable et leurs locuteurs pourront se consacrer à la rédaction de ces articles, plutôt que de perdre du temps à entrer des données déjà disponibles sur Wikidata.

I have a list of 60 cycling races including the Belgian cycling races of UCI World Tour 2016 and Belgian races and the Nord-Pas-de-Calais (France) races of the UCI Europe Tour 2016 and some large national stage races like the Tour de Namur province and Tour de Liège province. To this list, I will add a few women's races as a race (in memory) in Dottignies as the treatment of women's cycling is not quite shown on Wikipedia. Hi Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick. It is clear from your proposal that you are a very prolific contributor on topics related to cycling. We appreciate your dedication and talent, and are pleased that you want to develop a system to get more volunteers involved in creating content about cycling. When you first submitted this request, we sent an email to introduce you to staff at Wikimedia France who support community photography projects and asked you to seek funding from the chapter first. You replied that you did not want to work with the chapter on this project. We do support projects from individuals who would prefer to work independently from their local chapter or user group as long as the project has some support from the local community. I understand that WM FR has funded your cycling photography projects with a microgrant in 2015, and that after much discussion, the chapter terminated the microgrant because they were concerned about your behavior both on Wikimedia projects and at a race they sponsored you to attend. Maintaining safe spaces both online and offline is important to our movement and we respect the local community’s judgement on this matter. For that reason, we cannot fund your project at this time. We very much appreciate all of the work you have put into developing this proposal, and we hope you will continue with your effort to coordinate with other contributors to improve the coverage of cycling across Wikimedia projects.
