Dear Kannika,

On behalf of the Wikimedia CEE Online Meeting 2021 programme committee, I am pleased to inform you that your submission "Innovate in free knowledge: How can we attract innovators and new projects from the CEE region?" has been accepted as a discussion, and it was scheduled for 13:40 (UTC) on Sunday, 7 November (see the draft schedule). Considering that the conference will have language interpretation from English into Russian and vice versa, you have the choice between English and Russian as a language that you will use in your session. If you have not yet registered for the conference, please follow the instructions on this page. In case you have any additional requests or questions, do not hesitate to contact me or any other committee member.

Best regards.--Kiril Simeonovski (talk) 09:23, 21 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

You've already noticed that your session has been accepted, but this is the formal announcement of the decision. :)--Kiril Simeonovski (talk) 09:23, 21 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Kiril Simeonovski: Hi Kiril, I just saw that the session "Innovate in free knowledge: How can we attract innovators and new projects from the CEE region?" has been changed from Sunday to Saturday (13:00 - 13:45). Unfortunately, this slot won't work for us (me & Ivana) and we have difficulties to reschedule to make it happen. If our session takes place on Saturday, would it be possible to shift us/the session to the morning slot, e.g. 9 am (CET)? If the morning slot on Saturday is not possible, can we keep the previous slot of 13:40 (UTC) on Sunday, 7 November? Sorry for any inconveniences caused!--Kannika
