Requests for translation adminship

I apologize, but I have filed a request on page Meta:Requests for adminship for assignment rights, because I want do translate pages, which wait to mark for translation. I work is mainly on MediaWiki, but some pages linked to content of Meta. It is important for me, if is page marked to translate, or not, because I have not time for translate every day. I admit that I do not quite understand the bureaucratic processes of Wikimedia projects, because I have not much time for this study. My primarily focus on MediaWiki.org translations come from efforts to help begginer the admins. I don't have the time to devote so much effort to all Wikimedia projects, because I spend most of my time managing our school wiki project. Good morning I am in Anchorage Alaska trying to figure out how to respond to an edit made to my wiki page I tried to send several responses and each one of them said it was an error or it the site was protected am I trying to talk to a robotic response designed to create artificial intelligence? Irada

Hello Matiia,

My mother's account Irada has been banned by the Wikimedia Foundation from editing Wikimedia sites.

She was an administrator in Azerbaijani Wikipedia and several years ago her account was banned globally without any explanation.

Irada (Irada Alakbarova) knows the rules and basic principles of Wikipedia very good, she was one of the first administrators of Azerbaijani Wikipedia, has a lot of scientific articles about Wikipedia, is the co-author of the first book about Wikipedia ever published and can help in improving of Azerbaijani Wikipedia.

Could you please help to unblock Irada's account for her further improving of the project?
