WIKIMEDIA CEE HUB

Regional hub covering Central and Eastern Europe

Russian language events will be a series of bi-monthly meetings about various topics that will be interesting to the communities and individuals of the CEE region and Central Asia, which are using Russian language as their primary language. The initiative will be curated by the Wikimedia Foundation’s Board of Trustee member Victoria Doronina, along with the support by the staff members of the Wikimedia CEE Hub.

Goals

The events will start from February 2025, focusing on different topics throughout the year.

First event

The first event was dedicated to the Artificial intelligence (AI) and was held on February 3^rd, 2025 at 17:00 CET (16:00 UTC). Registration was through this link.

Second event

The second event will be dedicated to the Global Trends and will be scheduled on 25th of April 2025 at 17:00 CEST (15:00 UTC). Registration is open through this link.
