Varnish with wiki and iis

Hey all. We have a varnish server that we would like to connect to wikimedia. The problem is that our wiki is actually running on an iis server fitted with php. Wiki works fine but the official guide is for apache. I would love to hear from anyone who has gotten varnish running with wiki. The main question is what log will wiki look in? I believe you're looking for help with configuring MediaWiki, so I would direct you to mw:Project:Support desk (and mw:Communication, for other ways to get in contact with people who can help you). I found "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random". How do I give it a certain category such as "Physics"?

I found a few minutes ago there exists an address that leads to a random wiki entry.

Now I am wondering if there is any way to make it redirect to an entry within a certain category such as Physics.

Because I know "Physics" is a category that exists in Wikipedia.

I've tried "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random/physics" which clearly did not work as intended.

Is this not as easy to implement?

Request for testing and feedback: Automated article section recommendations

The Wikimedia Research team is developing a new method for automatically recommending sections to add to stub articles. This method uses machine learning to suggest sections that could be added to an article, based on the sections that exist in other articles on similar topics.

We think this method could be useful for helping new editors find useful onboarding tasks to do. But before we build anything, we need to test the quality of the recommendations.

We are looking for experienced editors to evaluate these recommendations and provide feedback to help us improve them. We have built a testing tool that makes it easy to provide quick, survey-style feedback on the quality of the recommendations, and we are also interested in more detailed feedback on the project feedback talkpage.
