Konsultacije o maltretiranju 2015.
This Consultation is now closed, but the conversation about harassment and the process of building solutions is far from over. The Community Advocacy team is reviewing proposals, and will be posting a summary of this process in late January. This will accompany the release of the results of the 2015 harassment survey. If you have a new idea, or an important point to make on these proposals, don't hesitate to email Patrick Earley (pearleywikimedia.org). Subsequent, more focused consultations will follow in 2016. We thank all for joining in the process, whether you proposed an idea, or helped expand on an idea through discussion. Problemi maltretiranja i neuljudnog ponašanja sve veća su briga internetskih zajednica, te Wikimedijinih projekti nisu izuzeti od ovih problema. Wikimedijine zajednice već godinama pokušavaju primijeniti razna rješenja na pojedinačnim projektima. Međutim, borba protiv ovakih problema još uvijek je u toku.
Ovo su prve od nekoliko planiranih konsultacija u vezi ove teme, s namjerom da se pruži mjesto za razgovor o raznim idejama, brigama, prijedlozima i mogućim rješenjima izazovnog problema maltretiranja na Wikimedijinim zajednicama.
Kako mogu učestvovati?
Ovo nije mjesto gdje biste trebali prijaviti pojedinačne slučajeve maltretiranja; njih je najbolje riješiti na postojećim mjestima na Vašem projektu. Slobodno možete dati izjave o svojim iskustvima s uvjetom da sudionike i konkretne slučajeve učinite anonimnim. Nemojte imenovati druge korisnike. Molimo pročitajte očekivanja prijateljskih prostora prilikom izlaganja svojih mišljenja ili raspravljanja o takvim stvarima s drugim osobama.
Šta mislite o problemu maltretiranja na našim projektima? Možete govoriti o:
- zapažanjima trenutnih pristupa rješavanja ovih problema na našim projektima ili drugdje, te možete reći šta radi, a šta ne;
- mogućim novim ili prilagođenim rješenjima ili pristupima rješavanja problema na našim projektima;
- svojim mišljenjima o tome ima li maltretiranje efekat na Wikimedijine projekte i saradnike.
Svi prijedlozi su dobrodošli. Nadamo se da ćemo uskoro sastaviti sredstva koja se mogu koristiti u svrhu pružanja pomoći oko ovih problema.
