Keep He thought appropriate to take part into a local vote about a wheel war involving a fellow steward. He did not explicitly declare his double hat, but among the stewards voting in that discussion he was the only one with a clear local interest/"right" to vote, being a user very active locally, also in dozens other similar votes, as well as a local administrator. Remove As we said Iranian people who lives in Iran must not have access to people's privacy. He check usered me and I'm not happy about it no further information. Relating non-related users together plus being violent with new users. Hat collecting sine 2007, having access without doing a job. Being supportive with people who are violent with NPOV, and acting violent with NPOV recently. For users safty, and NPOV policy, I want him access removed as well as removation of check users in our project. I ignore what he said to me recently in IRC, no more forcing me. Neutral barely active, and by extension not keeping up-to-date with current practices and procedures. For example, he didn't know that local IPBE flags no longer exempt users from global blocks automatically, and did not follow lengthy discussions on the topic earlier this year. I have no problem with people misunderstanding certain things or making mistakes, however, when it seems to be caused by a complete lack of activity it becomes an issue for me.
