• 籌備委員第二十一次會議紀錄獲得通過

報告事項

• Wrightbus報告
  • 城大的多用途活動室和演講廳，最早只能提前一個月內預訂，因此他會在本年6月14日後嘗試預約
• Stewart~惡龍報告
  • 城大康樂樓9樓的城峰閣，可提供場地及西式自助餐，40人的費用僅需港元1,600
  • 中大范克廉樓池畔餐廳也可作為場地，價目單已在會議上傳閱
  • 海員俱樂部也可作為場地，價目單尚未取得

討論事項

1. 討論協會成立慶祝活動
   • 經討論後，會議決定盡力按以下優先次序預訂場地，由威巴士和惡龍負責
     1. 城大城峰閣
     2. 城大多用途活動室或演講廳
     3. 中大范克廉樓

其他事項

1. 章程事宜
   • 代理秘書報告會章翻譯工作完成
   • 主席指示繼續與分會委員會 (Chapters Committee)保持聯絡
   • 主席建議委員會留意，有關《公司條例》附表7涉及商標的部分，或須要增補入章程大綱中。

The minutes of the 20^st meeting of the Committee were confirmed.

Reports

The Establishment Ceremony

Reported by Wrightbus & Stewart

• Wrightbus reported that a booking in CityU within 1 month in advance, that means the booking will have to proceed after 14-Jun-2007
• Stewart asked for a few places available
  • City Top rest (城峰閣), a Western Style buffet restaurant in CityU, HK$1,600 for 40 people
  • Snack bar of Benjamin Frankie Center, CUHK (范克廉樓池畔餐廳) is also available, the price list had been shown on the meeting.
  • The Mariner's Club (海員俱樂部) in Tsim Sha Tsui is also available with price list coming soon.

• After discussions, the committee decided that the places below shall be booked by the effort Wrightbus & Stewart
  • City Top rest
  • Multi-function room or Lecture Theater of CityU
  • Snack bar of Benjamin Franklin Centre, CUHK

Memorandum & Articles of Association

• The Secretary pro tempore Reported that the translation of Memorandum & Articles of Association to English is completed
• The President remind that it is the time to contacted the Chapter Committee.
• The President also addressed that the Powers mentioned in the Schedule 7 of Companies Ordinance (Cap 32), especially the Section 3, which is refer to the trademark, shall be added to the Memorandum of Association.
