Name Change on Norfuk Wikipedia

I realise it's a good faith thing and I have no problem with this per se, but it's usually procedure on PIH to take it to the Trii'nohlij to ask for such things, or to at least notify there when outside administrative action is taken.

Hi! Cool Cat requested his name to be changed everywhere from Cool Cat to White Cat, see Requests for permissions#Rename Cool Cat on multiple. I changed his name on all the projects that didn't have local bureaucrats. I only checked the list of bureaucrats, not for any other procedures there might be (there were some 100 projects or so, and I didn't expect projects without bureaucrats to have a process for it). Updating requests' statuses

Hello. I noticed you moved a few requests for new languages from the test phase to localization. It might help attract translators if you update the templates on the request pages (see example), since not everyone will notice messages on the talk page. If you have the time, you could also leave a template message on the interested users' pages (see example). Et avsnitt er merket med at det kun skal redigeres av medlemmer av valgkomitéen; jeg er usikker på hvordan dere tolker "redigere" (regner med at dere åpner for oversettelse, siden dere knapt kan alle språk som brukes her), men overlater i utgangspunktet til deg å ta den. Están promoviendo la pornografía, ves a mirar la discusión entre Libertad y Saber y ecemaml, Libertad y Saber le ha enlazado un blog en su discusión, su blog personal y lo que se dice de wikipedia en españa, se hace necesaria una limpieza de todos estos individuos.

Translation of board elections translations page

On Board elections/2007/Translations I read : This page is not requested for translate. You destandardized the page saying "shouldn't be translated"

Last year the translation page existed in 17 languages. I don't understand why it should not be translated in this year. Why translators must understand English to participate ? And what do you do with possible translators which can translate from one language to another and don't understand English ? On the page is very few words to translate, most information can be put in templates with multilingual captions. If some of you don't think necessary to have this page in different languages, why avoid other wikimedians who don't think so to build multilingual interface also for this page ? Jon, I hope you don't mind that I answered this. Gordafarid, the election requirements state that To be eligible to vote, a user must have been a contributor to at least one Wikimedia project for three months prior to June 1, 2007 (that is, by March 1, 2007), as indicated by the date of the user's first edit, and must have completed at least 400 edits with the same account by June 1, 2007..

Your edits on fa.wikipedia.org began on March 22, 2007 (you must have had an account since March 1). On en.wikipedia.org, your account began on 16 June (again, too late to be eligible to vote) and you have 64 total edits (less than the 400 required). If there is another wiki for which you believe you may be qualified, please post it on your meta page and link to your meta page from that Wiki, and let us know.
